I have been doing this for a while. I have a bunch of Google Docs shared with my colleagues where I’ve created how-tos for some of the tools we use. As a matter of fact, just this morning I created one to help new bloggers do certain things in WordPress. I use Skitch for the screen shots, then upload to MySkitch and link in the doc.
Don’t know how I did this before.
