Great feature, just trying it now (just got a Mac, just opened a Skitch account!). I had just made a screenshot of a recently launched site for my web design portfolio and was able to tweet it out, knowing a certain group of friends/followers were going to see it. My one request would be to allow us to hotlink URLs (a la Flickr) on the Skitch page.

Hmmm, nifty idea to post to Twitter, but it still seems a little convoluted to me - no way to enter my Twitter credentials in the desktop app and just choose to post there instead of to Skitch or Flickr or wherever?
